These terms apply to purchases made on pharmacare.skin.

Products

Pharmacare Skin sells skincare and sun care products. Product descriptions, prices and availability may change over time.

Orders

Customers must check order details before payment. An order confirmation is sent after purchase.

Prices

Prices are displayed in the store currency. Taxes and shipping costs are shown before checkout when applicable.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and available payment providers.

Shipping

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available.

Returns and withdrawal

For eligible orders, customers may have a withdrawal period under applicable consumer law. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, unsealed or damaged cosmetic products may not be eligible for return when legally applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and checked, when applicable.

Product use and sun exposure

Read product packaging and instructions before use. Excessive sun exposure is dangerous. Apply enough product and reapply regularly, especially after swimming, sweating or towel drying.

Liability

Pharmacare Skin is not responsible for misuse of products or failure to follow product instructions.
